1. What Spontelli is

Spontelli is a sponsorship-intelligence service operated by pomipop. It surfaces publicly available information about YouTube channels together with automatically detected sponsorship activity, and provides tools such as search, watchlists, alerts and contact reveals.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your credentials safe — activity under your account is your responsibility. You must be able to enter into a contract to use Spontelli, and you may not use the service to break the law or to harass creators.

3. Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed by our merchant of record, Paddle, who handles payment, taxes and invoicing. Plan limits and features are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Credits are consumed on successful reveals only; unused monthly credits roll over for one month.

4. Fair use and no scraping

The service is for human use through the app, the browser extension, and the documented API/MCP access on eligible plans. Automated harvesting of data outside those paths (scraping, bulk export beyond plan limits, reselling raw data) is not permitted and may lead to suspension.

5. Data accuracy

Sponsorship detections are produced automatically and carry confidence scores. They are informed estimates, not guarantees, and should be verified before you rely on them commercially.

6. Termination

You can cancel any time — your plan then runs until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. See the refund policy for how refunds work.

7. Liability

Spontelli is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
